All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and acceptance by Dons Travels Sri Lanka. Payments are processed securely via our payment partner, Onepay. We accept payments in both Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and US Dollars (USD).

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and necessary travel documents for entry into Sri Lanka. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, and cancellation.
Dons Travels Sri Lanka shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website, or arising out of any breach of these Terms. We act only as an agent for the providers of accommodation, transport, and other services.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka.
